Drummond Lawn Tennis Club
Founded in 1921, Drummond Lawn Tennis Club is a lively and friendly family club. Located in Wanstead, London the club offers an exciting programme of year round tennis for all ages and abilities.
Social Play
Each week there are four social tennis session, open to members, these turn up and mix-in events are a great way to keep up your tennis skills.
Coaching
The club offers a comprehensive coaching programme all year round for juniors and adults. The juniors start with LTA mini tennis, which uses fun games and smaller equipments to teach the fundamentals of tennis. In addition, Drummond has a number of performance squads for older juniors which are by invitation only. For the adult, there are a range of course, all designed to help you develop your skills.
Competitive Tennis
If you’re more competitive, then club team compete in the South West Essex and Essex leagues. And so the club is always on the look out for more competitive players.
Membership
Drummond Lawn Tennis Club offer a range of adult and junior memberships, depending upon age and interests. There are no joining fees, however there is an introductory rate for new senior members. Visitors are welcome for a small fee.
