Egerton Park
Located a short walk from the seafront and town centre, Egerton Park offers a range of facilities. Created during the late 1800’s by local developer John Webb, the park is one of the town’s most popular attractions. Today, Egerton Park includes a popular children’s play-zone, a fitness area and tennis courts. As well as home to a bowling club, Bexhill Tennis Club and Egerton Park Family Learning Centre. The 6 public tennis courts at Egerton Park, which are available to hire for a small fee. However, no charge applies during the winter.

With lots of court time available, booking one for your own use is really easy. Simply call or pop in.
Coaching
No coaching is available. However, many local club do offer a comprehensive programme, should that be top of your list.
Competitive Tennis
As Egerton Park is largely a community facility, it is does not offer competitive tennis. If you’re looking for league play, there are a number of local club who do offer a range of competitive play.
Membership
The club doesn’t offer membership, however as a pay and play centre, court hire costs are affordable. Bookings can be made by calling 01424 224075 or in person at the park kiosk. Information about charges is displayed in the notice board by the kiosk.
Extras
There are a further two courts, which are exclusively used by the Bexhill Tennis Club.
