Enfield Lawn Tennis Club

Formed in 1907 and amalgamated with Sunnyside Tennis Club in 1975, Enfield Lawn Tennis Club is situated on The Ridgeway. Just a short distance from Enfield town centre. The club welcomes players of all ages and standards for a great mix of social and competitive tennis. Enfield Lawn Tennis Club prides itself on being at the forefront of British Tennis development.

 

Social Play

While you can book courts for your own play, members are sociable and really enjoy the regular social tennis sessions. These weekly events enable all to play tennis and work on their game while meeting new people.

 

Coaching

The club’s long standing coach Neil Mansell, runs group teaching sessions for all standards of players. As well as coaching sessions for the junior members section. Mini tennis is also available for younger children wishing to start out playing tennis.

 

Competitive Tennis

The club offer a range of competitive action. Four mens teams compete in the the Middlesex tennis leagues. Four women’s teams compete in the Middlesex Slazenger Winter Leagues and 3 in Summer League. There is also one Mixed Team and one Vets Team playing in the Middlesex Winter Floodlit Leagues. As well as teams in the local Hot Rackets League,

With a massive nine membership categories, all are certainly welcome at Enfield Lawn Tennis Club! The club is currently offering a great first time member offer. This discounted membership includes FIVE FREE group coaching sessions. So whatever your age or ability, the club is a great place to play tennis in London.
