Falmer Sports Complex
As part of the University of Sussex, The Falmer Sports Complex offers a range of sports including tennis, a gym and large Floodlit artificial turf pitch. The centre is open to students and staff as well as members of the public. And all ages can benefit from the centre’s wide programme of classes.
Social Play
As a pay and play facilities there is no organised social play. However, courts can be easily booked for your own games, 7 days a week.
Coaching
Limited tennis coaching is available. Since many other local club do offer coaching, if you’re looking for a more comprehensive programme, then it could be worth looking at other local clubs.
Competitive Tennis
Focusing on court hire, Falmer Sports Complex sadly doesn’t offer any competitive tennis. So, if you’re looking for match play, teams in local leagues or club tournaments, it’s best to look at other clubs.
Membership
While some membership options are available, tennis courts can be hired on a pay and play basis. Some sporting activities can be booked online.
Extras
Sussexsport, who run the centre offer a wide range of fitness classes throughout the week and year. Also facilities can be hired to members of the public
