Kintbury Tennis Club
Kintbury Tennis Club welcomes players of every standard. Whether you’re just beginning or already playing at a high level, Kintbury has team play, club sessions and coaching to suit you.
Social Play
The regular Wednesday club sessions are open to everyone. Juniors start in the afternoons and adult meet in the evening. Plus, one court is for absolute beginners, so there’s never any reason to feel you’re not good enough to join in. There’s also a regular Saturday morning/afternoon club session, and several other group sessions that are organised by the coach. Outside of club sessions, there are plenty of times when the courts are free for your use.
Coaching
If you’re just starting out then the club’s coach is available to help you to improve. There are courses, group and private lessons available, and so yo have lots of options. However, if your sole intention is to have fun playing with your kids there’s plenty of court time at the weekend when you can turn up and play.
Competitive Tennis
The club continues to do well across multiple divisions and as a result players who are looking for more match play are always welcome. Currently the club competes with three men’s teams, one ladies’ team and three mixed teams. The ‘A’ teams regularly come out on top of the league!
Membership
Joining Kintbury Tennis Club couldn’t be simpler, and you can even join online! There’s 8 membership types to choose from and fees are affordable. So there’s plenty of reasons to find your rackets and get on court!
Extras
The club also run several social events through the year, including family tennis days and quiz nights.
