Lansdown Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club

The Lansdown Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club is more than just a Racket Sports Club. It’s Bath premier private member’s club, owned and run by its members. So if you’re a tennis player in Bath, regardless of age or ability, The Lansdown Club has it all!


The Lansdown Club aims is to provide sporting and social facilities of the highest standard. The club is open to all, whether you are looking to play socially or more competitively, 5 years old or 95! You’ll discover a warm and friendly environment where you can meet people, make new friends and enjoy your sport.


Social Play

Tuesdays and Thursday evenings are home to Club sessions. These enable members of all standards to mix in and play a few games of tennis. Plus, they’re a great way of meeting other players.



The club’s Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) accredited coaching programme, caters for all age groups and abilities. Whether you’re playing for fun, aiming to improve or aspiring to be a county or national level player. Juniors are actively encourage with regular Holiday Camps.


Competitive Tennis

There is also a range of competitive options. With multiple teams in Aegon Team Tennis County & Regional Leagues, Avon County Summer League as well as Avon County Winter League and more!



The club has excellent membership scheme in place. Standard adult membership includes all Racquet sports, allowing for unlimited play all year. Discounts are available and children under 18 years old are eligible for free membership. However a small registration fee is payable.



Lansdown Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club is a LTA Clubmark accredited club, which assured high standards and facilities.
