Linden Lea Tennis Club
Linden Lea Tennis club is located on a secure site at the rear of WWFC Academy in Wolverhampton and is a members-only club.
In addition to tennis activities, there are other Groups that organise golf and walking events, regular meals at the clubhouse, quiz nights, annual club BBQ, and other social events.
Social Play
The club has a strong history of social tennis. Club mix-in nights are every Tuesday evenings. In addition, there are also mix-in sessions on Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Coaching
Coaching is available to all members from the club’s coach Steve Parker. Steve also runs independent coaching sessions for Juniors every Friday evening.
Competitive Tennis
The Club has 4 teams participating in the Wilson Staffs Tennis Leagues (3 mens teams and 1 ladies). As well as a mixed doubles team competes in the Kidderminster and District Mixed Doubles League.
During the summer months, there’s a Club championship which is open to all members.
Membership
Membership at Linden Lea Tennis Club is available for all and there are 4 categories to choose from. These include adult, family and junior packages. Plus there’s a sizable discount for new members.
Extras
The club has strong links with 2 schools (St Peters & St Edmunds), WWFC Academy and The Wolves Community Trust, and aims to promote tennis within the local area.
