Preston Lawn Tennis Club believe in creating the best facility for all members to enjoy the game in their own way. Having 3 very different playing surfaces means members always have the opportunity to experience the different playing characteristics of these surfaces.
The club has numerous opportunities for all ages and levels of tennis player. From social play to competitive play as well as great team of coaches to help improve or refresh your game.
Social Play
The range of weekly social tennis not only allows you to play some superb tennis, it enable you to grow and develop as a player while making new friends. Plus you can book courts for your own games whenever you feel like it!
Coaching
Preston Lawn Tennis Club has a busy coaching programme, which is open to non-members and lead by Head Pro, Paul Turner. If you are thinking of coming back to tennis after years of not playing, there is friendly reintroduction programme available. This course is designed to help you build confidence and skill as well as meet new people.
Competitive Tennis
With competitions for all ages, match play is an important part of Preston’s programme. In addition to teams competing in local leagues, the club holds a number of tournaments each year. As a result of this range, all standard of tennis players can engage in competitive play.
Membership
If you are interested in joining Preston Lawn Tennis Club, then you can try the facility before committing. Many classes of membership are available and a range of discounts also apply. Fees can paid in one payment or six amounts throughout the year.
Extras
Since the members are very social, you will often find them in the large clubhouse, playing table tennis or catching up over a drink in the bar. There are also a number of social events throughout the year.
