Queens Park Tennis Club

There has been a tennis club at Queens Park since 1939. Today this rich history continues. Situated about a 15 minute walk north east of the Brighton Pier, Queens Park Tennis Club is a friendly, social and popular club.

 

Social Play

The three weekly club session are a great way to meet new people, work on key techniques and play some tennis! There are sessions on Monday and Friday evenings as well as Sunday afternoons.

 

Coaching

Mel Bowden, the club’s head coach has over 30 year of coaching experience. His team offers a range of group coaching for kids and adults, as well as private lessons.

 

Competitive Tennis

If you’re interested in match play, then Queen Park offers plenty. There are 5 teams in the Brighton and Hove Parks Tennis League. As well as club members, who represent the Brighton Parks teams in the Sussex County League. In addition, the club holds club competitions and tournaments throughout the year.

 

Membership

Adult membership cost a little over £1 per week. Plus, if you have children under 12, they can join for free. Of course,  Queens Park Tennis Club offers a range of options and all are very affordable. However, non-members can book courts online on a pay and play basis.
