Rodway Hill Tennis Centre
Located at Mangotsfield Secondary School, Rodway Hill Tennis Centre offers tennis for all ages and abilities, all year round! The club aims to put tennis at the heart of the community and does with a fanstastic programme, which includes coaching, social play and competitive matches.
Social Play
As a superb community sports club, members of Rodway Hill meet throughout the week in various session. These allow players of all standard the chance to play some good tennis, while working on their skills.
Coaching
Coaching is available throughout the year for members and non-members from LTA qualified coaches. The coaching programme starts with mini tennis for kids, which aims to teach the basis of tennis in a fun way. And continues with group session based on ability for all ages. Also, Members can book individual tuition.
Competitive Tennis
In addition to regular social tennis session, the club offers a range of competitive opportunities. These include club tournaments, match play in the local Avon and South Gloucestershire leagues as well as opportunities to compete in national competitions.
Membership
Rodway Hill Tennis Centre is a non profit members club. Run entirely by volunteers. Membership is open to all and there is no minimum playing standard or playing in test. Also, there are discounts for families, senior couples and for Mangotsfield Secondary School pupils.
Extras
Finally, the club was the first club in South Gloucestershire to be awarded the LTA Clubmark.
