Sonning Lawn Tennis Club
Founded in 1946, Sonning Lawn Tennis Club is a small and friendly village tennis club. Members and players of all standards are welcome to join in the club’s exciting programme.
Social Play
With regular club sessions, you can turn up and play with other members of all abilities. In addition club sessions, members have the option to use the courts when not in use.
Coaching
Group and individual coaching are available for all ages. Junior group and individual sessions are available with LTA qualified coaches Sally Utting and Rob Stone. Non-members are also welcome.
Rusty rackets is a coaching session for adults and are suitable for beginners and returners to the game. Individual adult coaching is also available.
Competitive Tennis
The tennis club participates in the LTA Berkshire leagues. As well as hosting a number of tournaments for adults and juniors. So there’s plenty of match play available for all levels.
Membership
Sonning Lawn Tennis Club has membership categories to suit all ages, with some discount for early payment – adult, family, junior, student and senior. So whatever your age or requirement, the club caters for you.
Extras
Off court, there’s a range of social events and a variety of activities throughout the year.
