Spalding Town Tennis Club

Spalding Town Tennis Club is where players of all ages and all abilities are welcome. Whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate player looking for good social tennis, or a seasoned player looking for competitive play, the club will have something which caters for your needs.

 

Social Play

Stay active all year round with club nights on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Also great for meeting new people who you can book a private game with later.

 

Coaching

Club coach, Glenn Perkins has put together a programme for all including weekly sessions for adults and children as well as cardio sessions. So if you’re looking to develop Glenn will work with you!

 

Competitive Tennis

Multiple teams including ladies and mixed teams compete in the Hunts and Peterborough league and Lincs league. Also, men’s teams in a variety of leagues and two ladies Vets teams in the Lincs Winter Slazenger league. The club also runs many of its own tournaments including a monthly ladies daytime tournament during the summer months.

 

Membership

Spalding Town Tennis Club offers a membership package to suit everyone. And you can play up to 3 times for a small fee before joining. So consider joining today.

 

Extras

In addition to the first-rate tennis facilities, the clubhouse includes a bar, which is superb for relaxing after a game. The clubhouse is also the venue for many of the club’s social events, such as an annual summer barbeque and other fund-raising events
