Stormont Tennis and Squash Club

Stormont Tennis and Squash Club has been thriving since 1910. The club is a friendly community sports club based in East Finchley (N2), near Muswell Hill (N10), North London.

The club is the only place in East Finchley that offers both tennis and squash facilities to all ages and abilities. Whether you are interested in improving your technique through coaching, enjoying a recreational game with friends or competing in local leagues and competitions, Stormont offers it all.

Social Play

While it’s easy to book courts, members enjoy two social mix-ins each week all year round. These take place on Wednesday evenings and on Sunday mornings. During term tine, there is also social tennis on Thursday mornings.

Coaching

Head Coach Dinny Ravet and his team run an first rate tennis coaching programme. Whether you have kids picking up a racket for the first time, returning to the game yourself or you’re looking to improve your strokes and tactics the coaching team will be able to help you to develop and advance your game.

Stormont has a full weekly programme of activities for juniors which includes termly coaching programmes, match play and fun events.

Competitive Tennis

Mens, ladies, veterans, mixed and junior teams compete in the Middlesex leagues. So whatever your age is, if you would like to experience match play, the club offers a range of opportunities.

Membership

While Stormont Tennis and Squash Club does charge a joining fee, membership is affordable. And the club offers a number of options. So whether you want to join as a family, or as an adult or only play on week days, the club offers a membership package for you. Non-members are also welcome for a small fee, and need to join after their third visit.
