Tavistock Tennis Club
Tavistock Community Tennis Club is a friendly, family oriented club welcoming players of all ages and abilities. Tennis is a great way to maintain fitness, health and friendships throughout life.
The club is situated parallel to Plymouth Road and comprises six hard courts with a modern clubhouse. The courts are open all year round, with floodlights for use on winter evenings.
Social Play
There are popular social play sessions throughout the year and beginners are welcome at the club. Members are welome to come along to any of the 3 weekly club sessions and have a game of social doubles. As member you also have access to the court outside the club’s programme.
Coaching
Adult group coaching is available for members and non-members. Juniors have access to coaching which starts with mini-tennis (aged 4 and above) and group coaching sessions to suit all ages and abilities.
Competitive Tennis
Tavistock also offers opportunities to represent the club in team competitions and their own tournaments. And as a result, there’s plenty of opportunities for all those who want to play more competitively
Membership
Tavistock Tennis Club tries to keep Membership costs as low as possible and non-members are always welcome to come along and have a go, no fee/no obligation. Temporary membership is also available for those visiting the area.
