Tennis in the Parks

Tennis in the Parks is part of Eastbourne Borough Tennis, which is a partnership between the Eastbourne Council, Wave Leisure and Tennis in the Park. A community tennis programme that aims to make tennis fun and accessible for everyone. Eastbourne Borough Tennis offers court booking, coaching and competitive opportunities in Eastbourne’s Parks and at The Sports Park community indoor centre. All programmes are underpinned by our FREE MEMBERSHIP offer to all residents of Eastbourne.

 

Social Play

Tennis in the Parks always have fun activities for you to join. Whether you want to book a court for your own game or join in at one of the weekly members session, there’s something going on at the courts for tennis players of all levels.

 

Coaching

If you want to develop your game, then the the club’s LTA qualified coaching team are on hand to help. In addition to weekly Cardio Tennis, the team also run as group coaching and individual lessons. Therefore, now is a great time to work on your technique.

 

Competitive Tennis

As a member of Tennis in the Parks, you are able to compete in the Local Tennis Leagues. Supported by the LTA, this singles league allows you the chance to compete with people of a similar standard from all around Eastbourne.

 

Membership

If you live within Eastbourne Borough Council district, then you can join for FREE. If you don’t, then you can simply pay and play on the courts. A range of affordable memberships are also available and entitle you to a different level of tennis. From coaching discounts to weekly sessions and advanced court bookings.

Also on site is a small cafe and changing rooms.
