Aughton Lawn Tennis Club
Located in Ormskirk, Aughton Lawn Tennis Club has a heritage stretching back to 1892. The club holds on to it’s relaxed atmosphere and new members are always enthusiastically welcome! The club provides a comprehensive programme, with regular tournaments, a full coaching programme and an active social calendar. There’s also a superb clubhouse with bar and well tended grounds in the magnificent surroundings of Granville Park Conservation Area.
Social Play
With varied programme of social tennis activities, members of all standards will enjoy playing at the club. In addition to a busy weekly programme, members can book courts for their own games. This means you have plenty of opportunities to play tennis at the club!
Coaching
The club offers an extensive coaching programme for both young and old. So whatever your goals, the team is available to help you reach them.
Competitive Tennis
If you’re looking for more match play then there’s several club teams active in the Southport and Liverpool Leagues. As well as a number of in-house tournaments.
Membership
Membership ranges from primary school children, just starting out; to seniors who still play regularly, despite being well into their 70’s. So whatever your age, you’ll enjoy playing at Aughton Lawn Tennis Club.
