Crescent Lawn Tennis Club

Established in 1905, Crescent Lawn Tennis Club, is a friendly club, accommodating a wide range of playing standards. The club is situated in the grounds of Sidcup Sports Club and so is very easy to find. On offer at the club is a varied programme for all ages and abilities. Also off court, members enjoy meeting for a number of social events each year!

 

Social Play

There’s a massive 6 social sessions every week. So no matter how busy you are, there will be at least one session you can attend. As 6 sessions are turn up and mix in, there will always be plenty of people to play against. Plus these sessions run throughout the year, meaning you can keep play and stay active year round.

 

Coaching

Working in partnership with Extreme Tennis Coaching, the club offers coaching for all standards from beginners through to more advanced players at competitive rates. Whether you require some help with your back hand or serve, Ernie and his team are on hand to help.

 

Competitive Tennis

For those of a competitive nature, the club enters a huge 20 men’s, ladies and mixed teams in local leagues. Therefore whatever your standard, if you want to challenge yourself with match, there’s plenty of opportunities.

 

Membership

Since there’s no joining fee and you can easily join online, Crescent Lawn Tennis Club is open to all. Plus with a range membership, tennis players of all ages and requirements can become members.

    Good facilities with excellent coaching run by nb tennis and the resident coach, Matt Woodhead.
