Orchard Lawn Tennis Club
Orchard Lawn Tennis Club is a small, friendly Club serving the local community in Welwyn Garden City. The club offers social and competitive tennis to members as well as various social events throughout the year.
Social Play
At the heart of the club is adult social play, which takes place weekly. These are a great way to play tennis all year round as well as meeting new people. Plus, there’s plenty of court time for members to use for their own games.
Coaching
A good variety of group coaching lessons is available and is open to both adult and junior members throughout the year. The club’s programme includes mid-week sessions (both mornings and evenings) and weekend sessions. All coaching staff are happy to run private coaching sessions throughout the year.
Also, the club has flourishing Junior section and offer a comprehensive coaching programme for all ages and abilities.
Competitive Tennis
In addition to teams competing in local leagues, the club runs a number of competitions.
Membership
With 7 membership options, Orchard Lawn Tennis Club caters to a range of ages and requirements. Members are welcome to bring visitors for a small fee. However, no person may be a visitor more than 3 times per year.
