Ormskirk Tennis Club
Ormskirk Tennis Club is based in the heart of Ormskirk, a historic market town in the North West of England. Established in 1905, the club has a rich history and prides itself on providing a warm and welcome atmosphere to all.
Social Play
At the heart of the club is weekly social play, which is a superb way to keep playing and meet new people. There’s also plenty of court time for members to use for their own games.
Coaching
With a number of coaching programmes, the club aims to enable all to grow and develop their skills. Kids start with Mini-Tennis, which aims to teach them in the right way from the word go! Also, junior coaching sessions give older children the chance to hone their skills further. Senior members also have access to coaching sessions.
Competitive Tennis
Tournaments and social events are a regular occurrence throughout the year and are aimed at members of all ages. The club has 6 teams in the Southport and District Tennis League.
In the winter, the club runs an annual winter league doubles competition as well as a separate singles box league.
Membership
With a range of membership options, Ormskirk Tennis Club caters to all ages and requirements. Fees are affordable and the club even offers winter only membership, for those who are hardy!
