Sevenoaks Tennis Club

Founded on its present site in the mid-1980’s Sevenoaks Tennis Club is the largest tennis club in the area. The club’s exciting weekly programme has a wide range of activities and caters to all types and ages of tennis players.


Social Play

Club Sessions open to full members take place on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Joint club sessions take place on Tuesday mornings, on Thursday evenings, and on Bank Holidays.


Juniors are welcomed at the club and actively encouraged to participate in club events. They have the same court booking rights as adults.



Coaching is available from the large team of professional coaches who run a wide variety of group coaching sessions for both adults and juniors, as well as individual lessons.


Competitive Tennis

Club teams, including men’s, ladies’, mixed and veterans’ teams compete in the Kent League during Summer and Winter. Plus, there are mid-week ladies’ friendly matches against local clubs.


Tournaments run at the club include the Club Summer Tournament and Bank Holiday tournaments. The club also features an inter-member ladder system, for members who wish to compete on a more social level and track their progress throughout the season.


For the juniors, the club runs one of the largest junior tournaments in the county during the summer holiday. And also competes in Junior Kent Doubles Starter Tournaments.



No matter what level your tennis is, or the experience you have, there is a membership category for you. Members of Sevenoaks Tennis Club can choose from various membership categories which have different costs to reflect the availability of club facilities and times of usage.
