St John’s Tennis Club
Founded in 1922, St John’s Tennis Club is located in Tunbridge Wells, close to the Sports Centre. The club’s facilities include four floodlit all-weather courts, a practice wall and spacious clubhouse with a bar!
Social Play
The club offers a range of social tennis throughout the week with sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. As well as on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There’s also a mix-in on Wednesday mornings.
Coaching
In terms of development, there coaching on a one-to-one basis, and social coaching mornings for all levels. 3 qualified coaches work at the club, and so at least one will be able to help you develop your skills.
Competitive Tennis
There is competitive play in Kent League and Maidstone League. Plus a number of social events throughout the year, including barbecues, club tournaments, quiz evenings and fun tennis.
Membership
New members are always welcome at St John’s Tennis Club and you can even try before you buy. So, please drop in at one of our mix-in sessions. When you’re ready to join there a number of membership options to choose from.
