Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club

Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club sits in a beautiful position in North Wales being just a minute from the A483. The club is located next to the North Wales Regional Tennis Centre.

Dating back to 1913, when it was founded as Garden Village Lawn Tennis Club, the club today is a perfect place to play, learn and enjoy tennis.

Social Play

Adult Club Nights take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. As well as on Sunday afternoons. Non-members may come to 3 Club Nights before making a decision on whether or not to join.

Also, each afternoon is “Junior time”. This gives Juniors a clear time to be able to play (straight after school) and won’t overlap with Adult Club nights or matches.

Coaching

The club provides free entry-level coaching to any tennis beginner looking to try out the sport as part of the club’s Community Chest funding commitment.

Competitive Tennis

The club has teams in the North Wales and Chester leagues. So, the club offers an opportunity for all to join and enjoy playing tennis.

Membership

It’s highly affordable to join Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club. The club offers many options available. So, all are welcome to join the club.

Extras

Also part of the site is The North Wales Regional Tennis Centre. It is a pay-and-play centre, open to all, with no membership system. The centre is run by a non-profit making management company on behalf of the council.
