Magdalen Park Tennis Club

Magdalen Park Tennis Club is a thriving tennis club in Earlsfield. The club has some of the best tennis facilities in South West London including the recently refurbished clubhouse!

 

Social Play

Magdalen Park provides opportunities for people playing socially or just for fun, with social tennis on Wednesday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

 

Coaching

Three coaches work at the club, Mike Francombe, Amir Syed and Callum Brosnan and all LTA qualified. Together they run an exciting coaching programme for juniors and adults, with group and privates lessons. Cardio Tennis is also available and is a great way to improve your fitness and game.

 

Competitive Tennis

At a competitive level, there are men’s, women’s and mixed teams who play regularly in local and Surrey league competitions. There are also a number of Midweek and Vets teams as well as teams in the Aegon Team Tennis League.

 

Membership

While a number of member packages are available, Magdalen Park Tennis Club does charge a joining fee and new members have to be played in. However, included with membership is bar and event vouchers which enables you to join in with the club’s social scene.

 

Extras

Off court, there are fun social events throughout the year including summer ball, Halloween party and so much more.

    Tried for a play in a few weeks ago. Awful experience. No one welcomed me. Felt ignored. Play-in was equally cold. Cannot remember the guys name. But looking at the standard of some of the players I saw there, I was shocked i could not get in. Maybe a lucky escape for me.
